All requests must be pre-approved by The Neon Museum before the date of the shoot. Changes must be approved in writing by The Neon Museum. Changes made without the Museum's permission may result in termination of the shoot without refund of deposits or fees. Due to the fragile nature and scale of the signs, they normally cannot be moved except under special circumstances in which the company will bear all costs to do so. Requests to attach clamps, brackets and any lighting apparatus must be pre-approved by museum staff. Use of tape must be pre-approved and paint safe. Pyrotechnics are not allowed on The Neon Museum property. All Requests must be pre-approved by The Neon Museum! Office hours are Tuesday-Friday 11:00 AM-5:00 PM. While we strive to attend to all inquiries in a timely manner, we are not able to reply to any requests outside of office hours. Please take this into consideration.
