Office hours are Tuesday-Saturday 11:00 AM-5:00 PM.

The Neon Museum administrative office is a working office only. We do not have any Museum facilities that are open to the public for general admission at this time. Neon Boneyard tours and photo or film and video shoots are available by advance private appointment only. Appointment times are determined by staff availability.

While we strive to attend to all inquiries in a timely manner, we are not able to immediately reply to any requests submitted over the weekend or on Mondays. We will attend to your request as soon as we can when we return to the office on Tuesday at 11:00 am.
