The Neon Museum currently offers daily tours Tuesday through Saturday at 12 pm and 2 pm by advanced appointment only. The minimum donation for our tours is $15.00 per person. Please reserve your spot as far in advance as possible (at least two weeks), as we often sell out. We are not able to accept same day appointments or walk-ins without a CONFIRMED appointment via return email.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
While we welcome photography strictly for personal use on our tours, photography for any additional artistic or commercial use is strictly prohibited on tours. For this reason NO EQUIPMENT OTHER THAN A CAMERA IS ALLOWED ON A TOUR.
All scheduled tours are subject to cancellation due to Museum construction. If there is a cancellation, you will be notified via email.
Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.While we strive to attend to all inquiries in a timely manner, we are unable to immediately reply to any emails submitted over the weekend.
BE ADVISED:
There are no restroom facilities onsite at the Boneyard. Please plan accordingly!
No backpacks, camera bags, large bags, or tripods are allowed on tours. We recommend that visitors wear close-toed shoes. Boneyard tours are guided and visitors must remain with the group. The Boneyard is full of broken glass and rusty metal so we ask that everyone stick with the group for your safety and the safety of our collection. ANYONE FAILING TO FOLLOW GUIDELINES WILL KINDLY BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
