Dulcinea has 23 years of experience in executive leadership and business development roles, including 18 years developing and managing employee benefit programs in Nevada and Arizona. As Benefits Account Executive for Cragin & Pike, she provides business owners with strategic planning, guidance and service in today’s ever-changing employee benefit marketplace. From 2010 to 2013, she served as the President/CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas where she was responsible for oversight of a $5 million operating budget, leading 28 board members and nearly 100 employees.
Dulcinea earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Spanish and Communication from the University of Arizona. She is a proud graduate of Leadership Las Vegas, Class of 2010, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Leadership Foundation of Greater Las Vegas. She is passionate about Las Vegas' bright history as the immediate Past Chair of the Neon Museum Board of Trustees. She is also a member of UNLV's Lee Business School Executive Advisory Board and an advisor for the Rebel Risk Management & Insurance Club. She is also a Board Member for the Las Vegas Chapter of Construction Financial Management Association.
Dulcinea resides in Summerlin with her husband, son and two four-legged sons. On any given weekend, you will find her walking her two dogs while pushing her two-year-old son in his stroller or running around Downtown Summerlin participating in a stroller barre class with her son.
