Mary Beth is experienced in various industries including gaming, restaurant, association management, telecommunications, retail, broadcasting, manufacturing, engineering, government and non-profits. She founded PRISM Global Management Group, LLC in 2003.

Mary Beth has adjuncted at UNLV and the Board of Directors for the Nevada Workforce Investment Board as appointed by Governor Sandoval and is an Advisory Board Member for the MBA Executive Advisory Network. In 2007, she was awarded the Woman In Business Champion award by the United States Small Business Administration. In 2010-2011; she assumed responsibility as State Council Director for the Society of Human Resource Management, having previously served as President of the Southern Nevada Human Resource Association. In 2010, In Business awarded her the Entrepreneur Award. In 2011, the National Association of Women Business Owners awarded her the Entrepreneur of the Year Award. She was a finalist recipient of the Athena Award bestowed by the Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Recently, she was one of only 45 women inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

Mary Beth earned a J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law, a master's degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Credentials include Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR-CA) designation from the SHRM and Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
