Rob Wilson has built a knowledge base of the Museum collection “from the ground up,” having joined the staff as a docent in 2017. During his time in that role, Rob conducted countless tours, sharing the history of the collection with thousands of guests and earning accolades in the process. In 2019, Rob won the Customer Service Excellence Award from the Vegas Chamber.
Rob was named a staff supervisor at the Museum in 2018, and soon advanced to Manager of Guest Experience. In 2021, he was named Director of Guest Experience, a role in which he oversees the Boneyard staff, ticketing and the entire visitor experience. He was instrumental in the launch of the Museum’s new and user-friendly ticketing system in 2020.
Prior to joining the Museum team, Rob was a tour guide and box office representative with Utah Shakespeare Festival.
