Victims of our success. 

As many of you know, the museum’s national and international profile has increased dramatically over the last year or so. For example, our Facebook audience is now approaching   750,000. By comparison, that’s more than twice the audience size of both The Getty Center and LACMA in Southern California.  In recent weeks, however, we have found ourselves turning away hundreds of visitors a week due to tours being sold out days in advance. This, frankly, is not acceptable. We needed to find a way to meet demand while not compromising our educational mission.

So, in early June, during the hours of 9am to 4pm, we began offering self-guided tours with a one-time admission of $19.  Visitors during these times will be able to drop in without an online reservation and browse at will for as long as they wish. Additionally, our historical Interpreters (guides) will also be on hand to answer any questions regarding the collection.  

We realize the Neon Museum is in an enviable position. But we also realize that the prospect of visitors leaving Las Vegas, without the opportunity of visiting its crown Jewel, is a non-starter.  My personal promise is that we will do everything we can to continue our reputation as a must see destination in the entertainment capital of the world.
