How can I purchase a membership? If I purchase a membership today, when can I begin using it?
If I visit the Museum and then decide I want a membership, can I apply my ticket purchase to my Membership?
Yes! A ticket or a portion of your tickets may be applied towards a new membership on the day of your visit or before. To apply your admission tickets towards a membership, stop by the front desk.
The maximum number of tickets that can be applied is 2 for two-member memberships. Tickets can only be applied for those covered by the membership.

How long is my Neon Museum membership valid?
Your membership is valid for one full year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
How can I re-set my password?
Can’t remember your password? Enter your email address in the Members Login and select Forgot Password to reset. Your password will be sent your email.
Can I purchase tickets in advance with my membership?
We highly recommend booking your tickets in advance to avoid sold-out timeslots.

Can I book tickets online?
Yes! Login to your account with the email associated with your membership and your selected password.
Your login connects you to your membership benefits. Once logged in, you will be able to select member tickets, 50% off discounts tickets, event tickets only available to members and more!
How can I use my general admission or benefactor passes?
General Admission or Benefactor passes are included with memberships at the Frontier level and above. Passes can be used by the member or can be gifted by the member to friends/family.

General Admission passes cannot be applied to Guided Tours or Brilliant! Jackpot experiences. Benefactor passes can be applied to all evening experiences.
How many people can I have on a membership?
Memberships at The Neon Museum are limited to one (Sahara level) or two-person (Frontier level and above) memberships.
Complimentary guests for every visit are included in the Alladin level membership and above.
Can I give my card to someone else to use?
No. Membership cards are non-transferable. The Neon Museum member must be present to use membership admission benefits. A valid ID may be requested for verification.

There are two ways of updating your account information:
Online: Login to your membership account. Click on Accounts Home. Scroll down to your account information and edit.
Can I purchase a gift membership? How will it be delivered?
Yes! A Neon Museum membership is the perfect gift for any occasion.
Click Gift Membership to purchase your gift.
The gift membership will list you as the gift-giver and will be sent to the recipient within a week, unless otherwise requested.

How do I use my NARM benefit at other, participating museums?
Frontier level memberships and above include the North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) benefit, granting free admission to our members to over 1,200 other participating institutions. Each institution operates independently, and may processes NARM tickets differently. For details, contact the institution directly.
