Answers to many questions you may have are covered on our F.A.Q. page.

If you are on a guided tour, we ask that you stay with your interpreter at all times. If you need to leave for any reason, please inform your interpreter and they will request a staff escort.

In the Boneyard, cameras are not allowed but you may take photos with your phone.  Audio/video recording is not permitted.  We do not allow selfie sticks or tripods.

Museum-appropriate attire is required. Attire that is not appropriate for The Neon Museum (and which may result in refusal of admittance or ejection) includes, but is not limited to, bathing suits, clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics, or clothing which exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment.  Shirts and shoes are required in the Visitors’ Center, when on a tour and during General Admission and Brilliant!

Please stay on the tour pathway, behind the stanchions/rock barrier separating the visitors from the signs.

Benches are available throughout the yard if you need to sit and rest; however, please do not stand on them.
