How long is the guided tour or Brilliant?

Guided tours last last approximately one hour.  The Brilliant! experience lasts approximately 30 minutes with an additional 10 minutes at the end for photos and video.

How many of your signs are restored and light up?

Sign restoration is a very involved and costly process and the electrical grid in place can only support a limited number of signs so capacity for sign restoration in the Neon Boneyard exhibition space is limited. However, we proudly display 11 restored while the remainder of the collection is illuminated with ground lighting.

Can we walk around the Neon Boneyard by ourselves to see the signs?

You may view the collection through an hour-long museum interpreter guided tour. Your guide will share stories about the establishment of Las Vegas, the growth of downtown Las Vegas, Fremont Street and Las Vegas Boulevard, the role of small businesses in the community and the use of themed properties. Or, on a limited basis, you may see the collection at your own pace and ask questions of the museum interpreters that are placed throughout the yard.

Do you issue e-tickets?

No. An email confirmation/receipt will be emailed to you after you have completed your purchase. If you haven’t received it, check your junk or clutter folder.

Where do we check-in?

We’ll make every effort to catch you up to the tour. However, please note, guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may forfeit their place on the tour.
