NEVADA CELEBRATES CHILDREN’S OUTDOOR BILL OF RIGHTS
Children and families are invited to participate in outdoors learning and recreation events throughout the month of April.
In 2012 the Governor of Nevada issued a proclamation designating April as Children's Outdoor Bill of Rights Month. This year, the Outside Las Vegas Foundation is promoting a series of events in April that offer children and families opportunities to connect with nature through educational programs and recreational events. The Outside Las Vegas Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping southern Nevadans and visitors to Las Vegas experience the outdoors.
