Touring the Neon Museum

Please note, due to the nature of our collection, the Neon Boneyard is only available to the public through one of our guided tours.  Tours are available seven days a week.

Reservations are highly recommended but not required and can be made by advanced ticket purchase through the links below. A very limited number of walk-in tickets are available and can only be purchased at the museum day of and in person.  

Ticket prices for day tours are $18 for general admission; seniors, students, active military and veterans, and Nevada residents are $12 (must show current ID upon arrival). Children ages 6 and under are free.

Ticket prices for night tours are $25 for general admission; seniors, students, active military and veterans, and Nevada residents are $22 (must show current ID upon arrival). Children ages 6 and under are free.

As the Neon Boneyard is an outdoor collection, all scheduled tours are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. Please note that we seldom cancel for rain. If a tour is cancelled, we will attempt to place you on the next available tour wherever possible or provide a full refund. We will make every effort to accommodate your visit. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your patience.

Summer Day Tours

Guided tours are available seven days a week at 9 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. only due to the extreme heat during the summer.

Summer Night Tours

Guided tours are available seven days a week every half hour starting at 7 p.m. with the final tour departing at 9 p.m.  The Summer Night Tour showcases our restored signs within the Neon Boneyard along with our recently installed illumination for our unrestored collection.

When booking a tour, please note:

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Valid identification must be presented upon checking in.

Tickets are available for advance purchase through our website. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be re-scheduled so please review your selection carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Inclement Weather Note:

Photography

Photography strictly for personal use is permitted on our tours.

Photography for any additional artistic or commercial use is strictly prohibited on tours. For this reason, NO EQUIPMENT OTHER THAN A CAMERA IS ALLOWED ON TOURS.

Before you isit, please be advised:

  • No backpacks, camera bags, large bags or tripods are allowed on tours. 
  • We recommend visitors wear closed-toe shoes. 
  • Neon Boneyard tours are guided tours; visitors must remain with their guide and group. The yard contains broken glass and rusty metal.  Visitors are advised to be aware of their surroundings at all times for their safety and for the safety of our collection.
  • ANYONE FAILING TO FOLLOW GUIDELINES WILL KINDLY BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

Our administrative office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. While we strive to attend to all inquiries in a timely manner, we are unable to immediately reply to emails submitted over the weekend.
