Yin Nawaday has more than 25 years management experience in Fortune 500 companies across multiple sectors including media, hospitality, and publishing.  She is a recognized leader in data and analytics, and her company’s Las Vegas tech conference has attracted some of the biggest names in tech and thought leadership.  Most recently, Yin served as Corporate Executive Director of Technology with Las Vegas Sands Corp., where she had direct oversight of technology performance, strategic planning, and vendor & asset management as well as the global operating budget.  Prior to Sands, Yin was Corporate Director at Diamond Resorts Int’l where she led the Analytics & Process team.  Her impact as a data and analytics leader has been profiled in industry publications, and she is often requested as a speaker at industry and leadership events.  

Yin first forayed into the digital arena with CNN’s financial news network and online division.  There, she led negotiations in a first-of-its-kind deal with S&P offering real-time stock quotes on a consumer website.  Yin began her career in New York at the venerable publishing house Hearst Magazines as Business Manager of new magazine development.  

Yin is a descendent of significant figures in modern Burmese history, and she currently resides in Las Vegas with her husband and two sons.  She earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard where she studied Government.
