Yes, a portion of your tour tickets may be applied towards a new membership. This is limited to same-day visits.
Can I book tickets online?
Yes! Register for the site with the email you provided when purchasing your membership. Your unique email is how the system connects your account. Discounts are automatically applied. If you can't remember your password, enter your email in the "Sign In" box and click "Forgot your password". Your password will be sent to your email.
Can I purchase a gift Membership? How will it be delivered?
Absolutely! A Neon Museum membership is the perfect gift for any occasion. Please select the level you'd like to purchase and click "GIFT". On the next screen, please make sure the gift box is checked and enter your gift recipient's information. There is also an area for you to write a nice little message to the recipient.

No. The Neon Museum member must be present to use membership admission benefits. We may require a valid ID for verification.
